With the average wedding in our area costing from $10,000 to $40,000, AVF Wedding Videography understands that the cost of a wedding video may stretch your wedding budget. Wedding videos do cost a lot because a lot of work goes into EDITING a well done video so that it plays like a movie. Sure, there is time involved in the filming of a wedding, but the most demanding and time consuming aspect of creating a wedding video is in the edit room, AFTER your wedding. The art of mixing together the right clips with the perfect music to tell the story of the couple and to match their unique personalities just takes time to get it right.
AVF also realizes that you have to pay for all your items before you ever even see them on your wedding day. To help ensure that you can fit wedding videography into your budget, we approach it a little differently. To reserve your date and to have your wedding professionally shot by AVF, you just pay for 50% of your wedding video upfront. AVF will film your wedding, and provide you with the raw footage on DVD 3-4 weeks after your wedding. Then, for up to 1 year later, you can pay the remaining balance at your leisure, and we will then edit your wedding. And if you decide that you would not like to have your wedding edited, you can contact us at anytime and we will hand over the original footage on mini-dv tape for you to do as you please. No catches. No extra fees. No hassle. We will waive the final 50% cost. Want to pay for your package in full? Pay for the entire package up front, and receive a 10% discount.

The Elemental package offers 1 videographer for a 4 hour block, utilizing 2 cameras at the ceremony and 1 during the reception. Want coverage to begin before the ceremony to capture the time before you walk down the aisle? That's fine. You tell us when you would like us to start. The Keepsake Package includes:
- 2 Cameras at ceremony, 1 at reception
- 1 Professional Operator
- Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words (View an example)
- Coverage for 4 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice
- Retrospective video featuring the highlights of the day
- 2 copies of raw footage on DVD
- 2 copies of edited video on DVD
Our Timeless Memories package offers 1 videographer for a 6 hour block, with 2 cameras at the ceremony and 1 during the reception. The Timeless Memories Package includes:
- 2 Cameras at ceremony, 1 at reception
- 1 Professional Operator
- Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words (View an example)
- Coverage for 6 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice
- Highlights video featuring a condensed version of the day
- 2 copies of raw footage on DVD
- 4 copies of edited video on DVD
The Legacy package provides 2 videographers for a 6 hour block, with 2 cameras at the ceremony and 2 during the reception. The Legacy Package includes:
- 2 Cameras at ceremony, 2 at reception
- 2 Professional Operators
- Wireless microphones on officiant and groom to capture the words (View an example)
- Coverage for 6 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice
- Highlights video featuring a condensed version of the day

The Regency package adds a 3rd camera to the ceremony coverage, with 2 professional videographers covering all the action for 8 hours. The Regency Package includes:
- 3 Cameras at ceremony, 2 at reception
- 2 Professional Operators

- Coverage for 8 consecutive hours, beginning at time of couple's choice
- Highlights video featuring a condensed version of the day
- 4 copies of raw footage on DVD

AVF Wedding Videography offers many added services to complete your wedding video coverage. These can be added to any of our packages.
- Photo Montage - $6 per photo, 50 photo minimum
- Love Story Video (edited) - $1,000.00
- Bridal Elegance Video (edited) - $1,000.00
- Rehearsal Dinner Coverage - $500, raw footage, $1000 edited (4 hours, 1 operator, 2 cameras - footage included with wedding day footage)
