Video Gift Registry

Now AVF Weddings makes it even easier to afford professional wedding video services.  Establish an online gift registry for your wedding video coverage!

AVF Weddings will establish an online gift registry page where friends and family can gift money towards your wedding video coverage.  In order to book your date and establish the online gift registry, we require a 20% deposit on the total amount of your chosen video package.  Deposits can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

So, up front you only pay:

- for Elemental - 4 hours: $100 deposit

- for Intermediate - 6 hours: $130 deposit

- for Grand - 8 hours: $200 deposit

There are two options for the type of gift registry you can establish:

An "open ended" registry lets people continue to give money towards a Video Service Gift Certificate even after your total amount for the video package you've chosen has been reached.  The amount given beyond that can be applied toward extra hours of coverage or toward editing.

A "closed" registry stops after your total package amount is reached.

Your online gift registry page will establish a way for friends and family to help pay for your wedding video via a Video Service Gift Certificate.  Video Service Gift Certificates are subject to the following rules and regulations:

1. The "AVF family of companies" below refers to AV Farm, LLC, AVF Weddings, AVF Creations, INfusion Web & Video, and any of those companies' subsidiary or ancillary companies.

2. Video Service Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check, or credit.

3. Video Service Gift Certificates are VOID if altered or obtained through illegal or fraudulent means.

4. If full amount of your video service package is not covered by the Video Service Gift Certificate purchases made on your video gift registry page by seven (7) days before your event date, the balance is due before the event.  Tapes and/or footage will not be released or edited until the balance is paid in full.

5. If the amount of Video Service Gift Certificates purchased through your video gift registry pages exceeds the balance required for your video package and you have chosen the "open-ended" registry option, or if you choose not to use AVF Weddings video service after purchases are made, the full amount of the Video Service Gift Certificates purchased will remain available as a credit balance for use on services from any of the AVF family of companies for one (1) full year from your original scheduled event date.

6. Video Service Gift Certificates expire one (1) year after your original scheduled event date as specified on this contract.
